Before submitting your case, it is important that you consider the following points:
– Have you maintained and cleaned your product according to the instructions/manual?
– Have you checked the dust filter according to the instructions/manual?
– Does the product get the air supply and ventilation it should have?
– Have you read the instructions for use and taken the necessary measures?
Case submission
By submitting the form below, you accept that a minimum charge of 1,100 NOK (converted to local currency) + any travel costs for service during the warranty/complaint period may be invoiced if the following conditions are discovered:
– No errors found
– The fault is caused by incorrect/illegal installation, incorrect handling, carelessness or failure to carry out maintenance and cleaning.
– The product has been used for something other than its intended purpose.
– The product has been previously repaired with non-original parts
– Outside the warranty/complaint period set by national laws

Copy of receipt
Please submit a copy of your receipt if you have one. If you have any problems with this, please see examples of solutions:
– Request an electronic copy of the receipt from the point of sale
– Scan a paper receipt onto your PC
– Take a picture of the receipt with your mobile phone and send it to yourself in an email.
